Sen. Rubio reveals 'likeliest' scenario regarding Russia's use of chemical, biological weapons

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., argued that the “likeliest thing you are going to see” from Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to use chemical or biological weapons “in a way that makes it look like someone else did it.”
