UN chief, Putin agree on evacuations from war-torn Ukraine city

United Nations (U.N.) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday agreed to arrange evacuations from Azovstal steel complex in Ukraine's besieged city of Mariupol, the organization said.
