DIY.org Hosts Two-Month Long Global Online Summer CampDIY is a skill based platform that engages kids through social learningDIY - The Social Learning App, the largest online interest-based community for kids, kicks off another year of its online summer camp: Camp DIY. Kids from around the world can join the two-month camp at any time between June 6 through July 31st.
The online summer camp for kids offers a variety of fun and educational activities that will keep kids engaged and excited all summer long. There will be weekly themes to daily crafts, games, and activities, there is something for children of all learning styles and interests.
Camp DIY offers the following activities:
“Boot Camps” delving into building a new skill each week
Themed online parties, tournaments, and talent shows

A “Challenge of the Day” that keeps campers on their toes

This is DIY co-founder Tripti Ahuja’s favorite time of year at DIY. She and co-founder Bhavik are always happy to see more and more kids sign up every season.

Apart from Camp DIY, the platform is also going the Freemium route in that they now offer all of their inspiring learning content absolutely free. The content is targeted to kids between the ages 7-13 so that they can explore hundreds of skills across areas like STEM, art, crafts, gaming, and coding.
Parents can opt for a DIY Plus subscription via a seven-day free trial. DIY Plus features allow kids to post content and share their creativity, interact with kids from over 170 countries, make friends based on common interests, join over 100 live interactive workshops every month, and participate in contests to win prizes.
Kid safety is the utmost priority at DIY. It is COPPA compliant, KidSafe-certified, and moderated 24/7 across all time zones. Parents receive notifications each time their kid posts anything on the social learning app.
