Xealth and Banner Health Showcasing Digital Health Success at Cerner Health Conference 2021

Xealth, the leader in enabling digital health at scale, today announced its participation with Banner Health in the Cerner Health Conference (CHC21) that will be held virtually, October 12-13, with the theme “One – Patient. Community. World.”

CHC21 will feature healthcare IT innovation and education sessions, exploring how technologies can help solve clinical and business challenges. During the conference, Xealth will showcase how its digital health platform is optimizing digital programs with leading health systems, including Banner Health. Jon Schremp, director of digital health engagement at Banner Health, will discuss the organization’s digital therapeutic efforts and how it can help elevate the patient care experience.

Details on the Sessions:

“Digital innovation can bring tremendous value to healthcare,” said Mike McSherry, CEO and co-founder of Xealth. “Key to realizing its benefits is meeting clinicians and patients where they are by keeping within their day-to-day workflows. Making these resources as seamless as possible advances digital connections between clinicians and their patients, driving better outcomes.”

Available to more than 100,000 physicians, Xealth’s digital health platform serves a critical role in bringing digital health into clinicians’ workflows, an essential element for program success. Tightly integrated with electronic health records (EHRs), the platform supports care teams to personalize digital solution ordering with one click and helps to elevate the patient experience.
