Calera Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm, today announced that it has acquired ReVamp Companies (“ReVamp” or the “Company”), the leading provider of specialty floor and surface coatings, fencing, and decking replacement and installation services for existing single-family homeowners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded and headquartered in Freeport, Illinois, ReVamp operates a family of 14 brands across more than 60 locations in nearly 20 states. The Company has grown into a national platform by partnering with market-leading brands and outstanding operators and providing high-quality professional training and support to deliver exceptional service to customers.
