The addition reflects Verdence's continued investment in sophisticated planning capabilities for its clients

Verdence Capital Advisors, LLC (“Verdence”), a Maryland-based private wealth advisory and multi-family office serving individuals, families, executives and business owners, announced today that Bryan Dalesandro, CFP®, CAP®, ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®, has joined the firm as Executive Director of Financial Planning.

Dalesandro will oversee Verdence's financial planning division, working closely with the firm's advisory teams and clients to build and refine sophisticated planning strategies for ultra-high-net-worth families. He will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the next generation of financial planners at Verdence.

With nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, Dalesandro brings deep specialization in complex estate planning strategies, retirement and cash flow planning, investment management and risk management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. He joins Verdence from RiversEdge Advisors, where he served as Director of Financial Planning, a role he also held previously at Concentus Wealth Advisors. He is also an adjunct instructor with The American College of Financial Services.

"Bryan's arrival reflects exactly where we are headed as a firm," said Leo Kelly, Founder, CEO and Partner with Verdence. "We built Verdence around sophisticated planning for ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families, and that only works if the team leading it has real depth. Bryan has spent his career building and running planning teams, and he understands what it takes to deliver that level of service. Adding him to our team is a direct investment in the experience our clients receive."

"This is a firm that treats planning as the center of the client relationship, not an add-on, and that matches how I have approached this work for nearly 30 years,” said Dalesandro. I am looking forward to working alongside the team here and helping grow what they have already built."

Dalesandro joins Verdence at a time of continued growth for the firm, which also recently welcomed Abraham Miller, Justin Allen, Colin Rafferty and Connor Richardson across various roles on the team. Their additions reflect Verdence's ongoing investment in the people and experience needed to serve its growing base of business owners, executives, and multi-generational families.
