According to the official ADN news report, ADN FINANCE SA has settled in Vietnam, which indicates that ADN Group will open up a new commercial territory in the charging pile industry of new energy electric vehicles.
ADN FINANCE SA was established under the audit of the Swiss Federal Office of Commerce with a registered capital of 100,000 Swiss francs. ADN complies with the strict AMLA regulations (Article 2) in Switzerland, and is under the direct supervision of FINMA, the Swiss financial market supervision authority. ADNFINANCE SA Group has two business segments: fund management and precious metals investment transaction (Online Antinvest), and new energy investment (wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation and new energy vehicle charging pile).
The fund managed by the Group has reached tens of billions of dollars, covering 50 countries and regions around the world, with more than 1,500 regular employees and offices in more than 10 countries and regions around the world. Yacine Kacedali, president of ADN, said in an interview that the Group values the potential of the Vietnam market and that the Vietnam market occupies a very important position in the Group’s business development. Vietnam has a vast development space. The Group will deploy a branch of over 3,000 square meters in Hanoi to manage the overall charging pile and financial related business in Vietnam. The site selection of the branch is in progress.
In the next five years, ADN will deploy more than 10 million charging piles worldwide, covering 50 countries around the world, becoming the largest charging pile service provider in the world, accelerating the innovation of green financial business model and creating more convenient services for Vietnamese people.
