The Global Awards Program Recognizes Organizations Prioritizing Employee Health and Well-Being
ComPsych® Corporation, the worldwide leader in organizational mental health, well-being, and absence management, today announced the call for entries for the 2026 Health at Work Awards. Now in its 22nd year, the Health at Work Awards honor organizations who prioritize employee health and well-being through innovative, multi-platform programs, creating workforces where people thrive both personally and professionally.
“At ComPsych we’ve been on a mission to ignite human potential in workplaces worldwide for more than four decades,” said CEO Paul Posey. “For more than two decades, we’ve been spotlighting organizations that understand the value of employee well-being and invest in it accordingly through the ComPsych Health at Work Awards. Every year, we’re amazed by the innovative and dynamic ways organizations of various sizes and across various industries and geographies prioritize well-being for their teams. We are honored to celebrate their efforts as we truly believe when employees feel valued, supported, and empowered, both people and organizations thrive.”
This year, organizations across a broad variety of industries, sizes and geographies are invited to submit their applications, detailing how they destigmatize mental health issues, improve access to care, strengthen belonging, and leverage digital tools to improve the well-being of their workforces. Awards will be given across various size bands, honoring small businesses all the way up to enterprise level corporations for their important efforts to champion employee well-being. ComPsych also gives specialty awards in the following categories:
- Mental Health Heroes: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that promotes a positive mental health culture and reduces stigma around mental health issues.
- Health Equity: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that uniquely supports underserved populations and improves health equity.
- Innovative Integration: Awarded for exemplary holistic program that addresses the different dimensions of well-being including physical, financial, emotional, social and intellectual.
- Global Champion: Awarded for outstanding program with the most dynamic and comprehensive global employee engagement.
- Power of Leadership: Awarded for organizational leadership that is committed to exemplifying the value of engaging in employee well-being initiatives.
“Increasingly we’re seeing organizations recognize the importance of holistic employee well-being programs,” said Beth Brown, Senior Director of Health and Well-Being at ComPsych. “Whether it’s areas that have recently exploded in interest, like GLP-1s or women’s health topics like menopause, or tried and true subjects like nutrition, smoking cessation, and stress management, more and more organizations are working to help their workforces to become healthier physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. We’re thrilled to highlight these efforts in the 2026 Health at Work Awards.”
Submissions will be accepted online here through Jan. 31, 2027, with winners slated to be announced in May of 2027 to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Month. A panel of ComPsych leaders will evaluate submissions based on the merit and breadth of their well-being programs, employee engagement and communication, and measurable outcomes among employee populations.
