Arizona is under flood warnings while monsoon storms pass through the northern counties. Flooding has already occurred over the past few days and more storms are predicted for the weekend. Last year in August there was major flooding that left 2 dead and many displaced while their homes and businesses were left underwater.
Flooding can cause a lot of issues besides water damage. Mold can grow in areas you may not be able to see, such as behind walls.
