OVERSTAY ON NEW ZEALAND VISA

The Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) is investigating an immigration adviser who allegedly encouraged a client to overstay their visa. The IAA has received a complaint that the adviser told the client they could overstay their visa and remain in New Zealand indefinitely. This is a serious breach of immigration law and the IAA will be taking action against the adviser if the allegations are proven. We would like to remind people that it is illegal to overstay your visa in New Zealand, and anyone found doing so will be liable for deportation and may be barred from returning to the country in the future.

NEW ZEALAND VISA WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP

It will also make it easier for New Zealanders to travel to and from Australia. The agreement is a win-win for both countries, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this new benefit to our visa holders.
