As Chief Technology Officer, Pranav Mundi will lead Onit's product management, engineering, cloud and information security teams. In his role as Chief Customer Officer, Peter Rubino will lead Onit's customer success, customer support and professional services teams, anchoring on Onit's culture of team empowerment and operational excellence to help customers successfully transform their business. Rubino brings more than 15 years of experience leading post-sale teams in providing exceptional outcomes and valued experiences to customers. Prior to joining Onit, he spent over eight years at Conga, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, where he was responsible for driving significant improvement in customer satisfaction and quality.
