The Center for Divorce Education has received a Bronze Telly Award in the General-Mental Health category for its educational resource, Reducing Stress for You and Your Family.

ASHLAND, OR / ACCESS Newswire / July 31, 2026 / The award-winning video, accompanied by an online article and practical stress-management resources, was created to help parents and families better understand the effects of stress and learn simple, evidence-informed techniques for improving emotional well-being. The resource explores topics such as self-regulation, relaxation strategies, gratitude, mindfulness, and healthy habits that support resilience during challenging times.

This recognition adds to a growing list of Telly Awards earned by the Center for Divorce Education. Previous award-winning projects include High Conflict Solutions, an online course for parents experiencing high-conflict divorce and separation, and Children in Between: For Kids, a course designed to help children better understand and cope with family changes.

"We are honored to receive this recognition from the Telly Awards," said Michael Eubanks, M.Ed., Director of Operations for the Center for Divorce Education. "Stress affects nearly every aspect of family life, from communication and relationships to parenting and mental health. We wanted to create a resource that provides practical tools families can use immediately to reduce stress and improve their overall well-being."

"Families today face unprecedented levels of stress," said Donald A. Gordon, Ph.D., Executive Director and Founder of the Center for Divorce Education. "Research consistently shows that chronic stress can affect parenting, relationships, and children's well-being. Our goal was to create a practical, accessible resource that helps families build skills to better manage stress and strengthen their resilience."

For more than three decades, the Center for Divorce Education has developed evidence-based educational resources focused on helping families navigate divorce, separation, co-parenting challenges, and other life stressors. More than 500,000 parents have completed the organization's online courses, which are used by courts, educators, mental health professionals, and families throughout the United States and internationally.

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and receive thousands of entries annually from organizations, production companies, and content creators around the world.

"We believe educational content should be both engaging and effective," Eubanks said. "This award recognizes the importance of creating high-quality learning experiences that help families build skills they can use in everyday life."
