CentralSquare Presents the 2023 ENGAGE Awards

CentralSquare Technologies, an industry leader in public sector technology, announced the inaugural ENGAGE Awards, created to recognize CentralSquare customers for their best practices, successes and achievements.

The 2023 ENGAGE Awards include six categories open to all CentralSquare customers. Nominations are open to CentralSquare customers to nominate themselves or others. The nominations include:

• Smart Community Award – This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of a CentralSquare customer using CentralSquare solutions to transform their community by leveraging data, cloud, or technological innovation. This customer shows measurable operational efficiency, local problem resolution, or creates new opportunities benefitting its citizens, businesses and organizations.
• Smart Safety Award – A CentralSquare customer who, in partnership with CentralSquare solutions, has been able to effectively enhance citizen safety. This could be a heroic one-time story or quantifiable overall improvements throughout their community.
• Innovation Award – A CentralSquare customer who is leveraging CentralSquare solutions in trailblazing ways to fit the unique needs of their municipality or agency. Their leadership, innovation and transformational potential improves lives at their organization as well as in the community that they serve.
• User Group Award – User groups are crucial to the success of CentralSquare’s customers. They provide a platform for learning and networking with industry peers within similar geography, product interests and goals. This award will celebrate the CentralSquare user group that has been most active in providing a valuable space for our customers to thrive and provide feedback to one another.
• Excellence in Resourcefulness Award – A known challenge in our industry is the ability to plan and budget, and it is common to see inefficient processes and manual constraints. By using CentralSquare solutions, the winner of this award has been able to achieve cost savings benefiting their municipality, agency, or the community that they serve.

Award nominations are open from April 3 to April 28, 2023. The 2023 ENGAGE Award winners will be notified on May 8 and publicly announced on June 6 at CentralSquare’s ENGAGE 2023, a user-community conference bringing together thousands of public service professionals in Nashville, TN.
