Teams can snap a photo with a phone or mobile device, intelligently recognizing text, numbers, checkboxes, labels/barcodes, and even handwriting, auto-populating forms dramatically reducing errors and saving hours of manual data entry.

Automatic Table Generation

Mobile teams can capture data, create a FastField form, and instantly generate a structured Quickbase table, reducing manual data entry and making information available in Quickbase – mapped to the right category – for analysis, reporting, and decision-making. Field teams can focus on their actual work, capturing data for instant impact.

Summary Analysis & Workflow Improvements

Using a few AI prompts, users can quickly summarize and analyze submitted forms, reducing information overload and prioritizing for key information – especially useful when managing multiple projects, teams, and location.
