D Magazine recognizes Dallas trial lawyer in mass tort category

Ben C. Martin, founding partner of the nationally recognized personal injury law firm Ben Martin Law Group, has been named to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas list for 2025. Mr. Martin, who was recognized in the mass tort category, is receiving the honor for the fourth consecutive year.

“I’m always humbled to be acknowledged for the work that we do for our clients at Ben Martin Law Group, especially when it is close to home,” said Mr. Martin. “National recognition is wonderful, but I’m especially appreciative to be recognized by my fellow attorneys in the Dallas area.”

Mr. Martin specializes in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases with extensive experience in multidistrict litigation and mass torts. Over the course of his career, he has secured a lengthy list of impressive verdicts and settlements for clients harmed by defective medical devices, such as faulty IVC filters, and from dangerous pharmaceuticals, as well as those injured or killed in vehicular accidents and oilfield explosions.

The recipient of numerous professional accolades and awards, Mr. Martin has been a repeat honoree in virtually every major legal guide, including Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, and Texas Super Lawyers. He also has been on the National Trial Lawyers list of Top 100 Trial Lawyers since 2011. In addition, he is ranked AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating a lawyer can attain from that nationally recognized legal directory.

D Magazine honorees are selected based on votes by legal peers and through vetting by a blue-ribbon panel. The complete Best Lawyers in Dallas directory for 2025 is featured in the May issue of D Magazine.
