In this newly created role, Mr. Soubra will help expand HPC’s footprint and partnerships with investors and alternative investment firms in the Middle East, working closely with the firm’s global capital formation team, led by Conway Bate.

His tenure was marked by the successful establishment of the regional office and development of a local team.
