Partnership with PMG brings a purpose-built case and dispute management platform to Optio’s collections operation, streamlining resolution and strengthening compliance.

PMG.net, Inc. (“PMG”), a leader in workflow automation for over 25 years, today announced that Optio Solutions, LLC (“Optio”), a nationwide accounts receivable management and debt collection company, has selected Case Central® as its dispute management platform of choice. The partnership will support Optio’s efforts to resolve consumer disputes faster, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve the overall experience for consumers and Optio’s employees.

Founded in 2007, Optio Solutions provides its clients fixed-fee pre-collection services as well as contingency-based recovery for aged receivables. Earlier this year, Optio began a market search for a proven dispute management solution that could centralize case handling, reduce resolution times, and improve auditability.

Case Central, PMG’s purpose-built credit dispute management system, replaces fragmented manual processes with a single platform built for regulatory recordkeeping and reporting requirements. Its centralized access to dispute data and files, along with automated logging and tracking of dispute review and investigation activity, gives Optio’s compliance and leadership teams greater visibility into case status and performance. This reinforces Optio’s commitment to timely, consistent communication with consumers throughout the dispute process.

“As consumer dispute trends and compliance expectations continue to evolve, we needed a platform built specifically for how our team works. Case Central gives us the visibility and control we need to resolve disputes quickly and consistently, while providing consumers a better experience,” said Chris Schumacher, President & CEO, Optio Solutions.

The move reflects a broader trend among accounts receivable management companies to modernize dispute handling in response to heightened dispute volumes and regulatory attention from agencies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and state attorneys general, as well as rising consumer expectations for transparency and responsiveness.

“Optio has built its reputation on handling consumer disputes fairly and efficiently, and we’re proud to support that work. We built Case Central to give collections teams a single source of truth for every case, and we look forward to a long partnership with Optio,” said Joe LeCompte, Principal & CEO, PMG.
