Kenwood Building Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announced today that it had completed two medical leases totaling 2,869 square feet at the Kenwood Building, 5272 River Road, Bethesda, MD.
MOOV Medical Group leased 720 sf, and Beacon Retina leased 2,149 sf.
MOOV, Beacon, and Kenwood were represented by Jack Alexander from AMR Commercial LLC.
Kenwood acquired the property in 1997. The 52,000 sf building is conveniently located across River Road from Whole Foods and is one block from the new Regency Center Westbard Square center, which includes Giant Foods, Starbucks, and Tatte Bakery & Cafe. With easy access to the Beltway, Washington, D.C., Potomac, Maryland, and McLean, Virginia, the property offers convenience for executives and staff.
The Kenwood Building currently has four suites available for lease, ranging from 1,607 sf to 2,904 sf. All are available for immediate occupancy.
