The birth of her son three years ago served as a catalyst for profound introspection. “I asked myself the difficult question, ‘What is it that you truly want, Ruchi? Why this emptiness?’”
Her journey of self-awareness led her to confront past traumas, including childhood sexual abuse.
“There is so much shame associated with even bringing it up to yourself, let alone to anyone else. I lived with the guilt that I was a bad person or something was wrong with me, and that was why it happened,” she bravely shared.
Dr Ruchi advocates for embracing one's unique strengths and gifts. Her mantra, “You are your only comparison,” is a guiding principle, urging individuals to chart their path to fulfilment and success, no matter what past challenges they may have endured.
“Each one of us is born with unlimited self-belief and ultimate self-confidence. “We are unlimited beings who chose to have a limited experience for learning and growth - I’m on a mission to change that.”
Now, understanding the importance of taking a holistic stance towards her practice, Dr Ruchi is a certified RTT clinical hypnotherapist and a trauma-informed therapist. Her dedication to healing extends beyond the physical realm, delving into the depths of the subconscious to facilitate profound transformation.
