Born and raised in Hilo, Monica’s connection to real estate began long before she became a licensed REALTOR. She started working in her family’s real estate office in 1995, where her mother served as the broker. After earning her real estate license in February 1999, she committed herself to the business full time and has spent the past 27 years helping buyers and sellers throughout Hawaiʻi navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
Over the years, Monica earned her broker’s license in 2007, completed hundreds of successful transactions, and later moved to Maui, where she helped open the family business T&C Realty in 2012. The launch of Moncore Real Estate represents the continuation of that multi generation legacy while creating something that reflects her own vision for the future.
As Principal Broker of Moncore Real Estate, Monica remains committed to providing the kind of service that has defined her career. She is also actively involved with Maluhia Pathways, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the local community through outreach and meaningful support initiatives.
