POP Hospitality Group, the 25-year Nashville family behind The Row, NashHouse and Treehouse, opens Bravado Small Plates & Pizzabar in Cool Springs late September. Chef Sean Foley serves hand-crafted pasta, wood-fired Neo-Neapolitan pizza and European small plates, with no seed oils and imported Italian ingredients.

-- COMING SOON: POP Hospitality Group announces Bravado Small Plates & Pizzabar, opening late September at 1770 Galleria Blvd in Cool Springs; the space once known as Pie in the Sky Pizza, and later Honeysuckle. It's the newest addition to a Nashville restaurant family built over twenty-five years, joining The Row, NashHouse, and Treehouse, and bringing the same care and hospitality to Franklin.

Led by accomplished Chef Sean Foley, the kitchen centers on hand-crafted pasta, wood-fired Neo-Neapolitan pizza, and shareable European small plates built on a clean-food foundation. No seed oils, imported Italian flour, imported cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and imported Italian vine-ripened tomatoes. Better ingredients are not a trend here; they are the starting point. A curated cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage program completes a menu designed for full service, shared-style dining, made for lingering and ordering one more round.

"Twenty-five years ago, we started with pizza and passion," said Kelly Black, Founder & Operator of POP Hospitality Group, who grew the company from a single pizzeria into one of Nashville's respected independent restaurant families. "We are taking all that we have learned and pouring it into our newest creation. Bravado is exceptional in its ingredients and bold in its flavors. We are very proud to be serving this food to our family and friends."

As part of the company's longtime commitment to giving back, Bravado will join the mission of supporting non-profit organizations in Middle Tennessee and beyond with food donations and service projects. Over the past year, more than 3,000 people have been fed due to POP Hospitality teaming with local agencies in the fight against food insecurity, homelessness, cancer and drug addiction to name a few. Kelly and Caroline Black believe that the power of giving helps transform communities, and is part of their recipe for success.
