Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes, Founder & CEO of Institute for Science, Entrepreneurship and Investments was recently selected as Top Influential CEO of the Year 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the global business ecosystem.

With over 2 decades of professional experience Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes has certainly proven herself as an expert in her fields. She is a healthcare executive, futurist and globalist who is highly dedicated to digital and ethics advocacy. A Forbes Business Council member, digital strategist, passionate educator and entrepreneurship ecosystem builder, known as an expert speaker, board advisor and consultant. Additionally, she serves as an Expert Advisor to the EU Blockchain Observatory Forum, and was appointed to the Board of Advisors for several national and international organizations.
During her academic tenure she taught several courses at Columbia University and University of Miami. She continues teaching at the WBAF Business School and the Executive MBA Business Technology Course at the UM Business School. Throughout her career, Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes held several leadership positions and continues to be a valued member of numerous prestigious professional organizations. Most recently she served as President of Detect Genomix, Chief Quality and Safety Officer Chief and Innovation Officer for Mednax, Chief Quality and Safety Officer and Chief of Compliance for the University of Miami UHealth System. In addition to her Medical Doctor and Executive Masters in Business Administration degrees, she holds several executive certifications from Harvard, MIT, Stanford Universities. Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes is CEO of Softhread Inc., the Founder and CEO of Revexpo Consulting, an Advisory Partner for Virtue Consultants, Executive Partner for GlobalReach BI. She is deeply committed to contribute to the not for profit arena and is currently serving as a Country Director for WBAF USA, Sr. Senator of WBAF. She is also acting as the Chief Innovation Officer for Government Blockchain Association. Additionally, Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes is an Executive Advisory Board Member of several companies, entrepreneurship incubators or accelerators, as well as an Editorial Board Member for several international publications, an editor, author, keynote speaker and TV/Media partner.
This year Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes is being considered for IAOTP’s Empowered Woman Award and to be featured on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square NYC. She will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala being held at the iconic NYC Plaza Hotel. Throughout her career she has received several awards for excellence in research, teaching or leadership, most notably the Award of Excellence in Research from Columbia University, in NYC, as well as Teacher of the Year from University of Miami, FL, and the 2021 WBAF World Excellence Award for Social Entrepreneurship. In 2022 she was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential CEOs 2022 and Top 100 Investors, been recognized as a Top 10 Global Thought Leader and Tech-Influencer in the areas of Privacy, Health Tech, Quantum, and Digital Twin Technology. Addiitonal accolades include being ranked as Top 50 AI Business Influencers, Top 50 Global Ecosystem Leaders, Top 100 Global Privacy Leaders, Top 150 Women B2B Leaders,.
