MEQUON, WI / ACCESS Newswire / July 14, 2026 / Marquis Who's Who is proud to interview and honor Timothy P. Lantz for his distinguished contributions to health care technology, e-commerce, business leadership, entrepreneurship and community impact. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process. In Mr. Lantz's case, that recognition reflects a career defined by people-first leadership, strategic growth, innovation and a commitment to building businesses that remain grounded in values.

Mr. Lantz currently serves as chief executive officer and co-founder of Tendeza Moda Inc., a company he launched in 2024 with Angela Harris. Together, they are building a portfolio of e-commerce brands focused on consumer lifestyle, beginning with jewelry and fashion accessories. Their first brand, Starlette, has become the foundation for a broader vision: creating high-quality, environmentally and socially conscious brands that connect directly with consumers through unique, immersive experiences and emphasize positive values like confidence, kindness, aspiration, resilience and joy.

Starlette offers jewelry and accessories across categories, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, wedding and engagement, timepieces and sunglasses. The brand's public message, "Dream BIG. Sparkle MORE.", reflects the positive, aspirational tone Mr. Lantz and Ms. Harris are bringing to the business, encouraging women to reach their full potential and celebrate their individuality and style with confidence. The company also highlights features and benefits such as hypoallergenic products, social responsibility, eco-consciousness, easy returns and exchanges, secure checkout and free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders. Its curated style collections center around lifestyle themes such as business, sports and fitness, and girls' night out. It even allows customers to shop directly from brand ambassadors' personal Starlette collections and from Starlette jewelry featured on stage in major theatre productions.

Mr. Lantz's move into e-commerce represents a significant reinvention after a long and successful career in healthcare and healthcare technology. In his Marquis Who's Who interview, he explained that he and Ms. Harris had built strong careers in corporate America. Then, in 2023, a new set of developments-both personal and professional-converged that led him to reconsider what success should look like. After taking almost two years to focus on his family and personal well-being, he realized he did not want simply to return to another corporate executive role. Instead, he wanted to help build a business that connected directly to people through a common set of shared positive values.

He notes in his interview with Marquis Who's Who, "We've set out to create a venture that prioritizes personal connection and contribution. We focus on lifestyle brands that create a positive impact and align with our core values-quality, integrity, creativity, resilience and respect. For us, ‘positive impact' covers several factors, such as environmental impact, quality and craftsmanship, fair labor, design, service, and pricing-all culminating in the total customer experience. It's how we make them feel and how we support them in being and doing their best-not just today, but every day."

"I think most entrepreneurs start out with a mission to make a difference, but often as companies scale, the mission and values that anchored their early success are gradually replaced by new anchors like money and even popularity," he added. "There's nothing wrong with those things in general-the problem tends to arise when they become the new goals, rather than being the rewards for achieving the original goals. When this happens, employees and customers can quickly lose their passion and dedication, companies start to underperform and success tends to be short-lived."

Before founding Tendeza Moda, Mr. Lantz served as president and chief operating officer of Caresyntax from 2019 to 2023, overseeing global operations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan and Australia. He helped guide the company's U.S. expansion, completed two business acquisitions, established strategic partnerships and helped raise more than $150 million in new investment capital. Earlier, he served as senior vice president and general manager at Sentry Data Systems, where he helped establish analytics platforms, improve performance and launch business units focused on data and real-world evidence in healthcare.

Mr. Lantz attributes his success to the values instilled by his mother, including love, sacrifice, a strong work ethic and doing the right thing. He also credits mentors, humility and a willingness to keep learning. Looking ahead, he plans to launch Starlette's first two collections of exclusive jewelry designs beginning this fall-the first, which he personally designed, and the other, designed by Ms. Harris. Beyond that, the company is in the concept stage for several new potential brands under the Tendeza Moda umbrella, the details of which have not yet been released, but will continue to emphasize the company's core values, such as eco-conscious, socially responsible brands that bring confidence and joy to customers.

"Timothy Lantz exemplifies the caliber of entrepreneur and values-driven executive Marquis Who's Who is proud to chronicle," the editorial team stated. "His work across healthcare technology, e-commerce and community impact reflects a career defined by leadership, reinvention and a deep belief in putting people first." Through its interview and recognition of Mr. Lantz, Marquis Who's Who celebrates a professional whose next chapter is helping shape consumer brands with purpose, creativity and heart.
