The Grimm® will release their fifth studio album, Grimm Fairy Tales, on April 24, 2026, marking the continuation of a story that began in the late 1960s.

The project is already drawing national attention, including an upcoming feature in Billboard written by columnist Fred Bronson, highlighting the band’s unique journey and return. The article will be released April 20 and distributed across Billboard’s network to more than 2 million industry readers and subscribers.

More than a new release, Grimm Fairy Tales represents a rare continuation of original work interrupted decades ago. The material includes both previously unreleased songs written in the late ’60s—before the band’s trajectory was halted by the Vietnam-era draft—as well as new compositions written in the present day, all realized in a way that reflects the same evolving sound of that era.

Drawn from a catalog of more than 60 previously unreleased songs, the album bridges generations—blending archival material with newly written songs that carry the same classic ’60s and ’70s songwriting sensibilities.

Early momentum is building. The single “Crawlin’” has charted at #88 on the Mediabase Hot 100 and continues to gain traction across formats, including crossover into Country. The band’s video releases have also surpassed 100,000 views, with a growing international audience emerging ahead of the album’s release.

The Grimm® story is an uncommon one: a Utah-based group that nearly broke through in the late ’60s, now returning decades later not with a retrospective, but with a forward-moving body of work that includes both rediscovered originals and newly written material in the same spirit.

Key tracks from Grimm Fairy Tales include “Crawlin’,” “Hit Me Now (Acoustic),” and “Somewhere In The Night,” reflecting both the band’s contemporary writing and its original creative roots.
