T3 Sixty confirms KW leads the industry in agent count, transaction sides, and sales volume

Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world's largest real estate franchise by agent count, was again ranked as the No. 1 real estate franchise brand in the U.S. by agent count, transaction sides, and sales volume by T3 Sixty, a leading residential real estate analyst firm.

As part of T3 Sixty’s annual Real Estate Almanac rankings, KW secured the top spot for the ninth consecutive year by achieving $370.7 billion in U.S.-based sales volume, 796,658 transaction sides, and 136,511 in U.S.-based agent count in 2025.

KW has been ranked the No. 1 real estate franchise brand by T3 Sixty since tracking began in 2018, based solely on US-based, KW-affiliated agent count, transaction sides, and sales volume.
