Leon designed the product as a more affordable option to prevent dust mite allergy. According to Leon, dust mites can latch themselves onto different fabrics—especially towels that are abundant with dead skin cells—and cause a dust mite allergy characterized by congestion, watery eyes, and repetitive sneezing.
"We've devised a revolutionary approach to using bath towels that ensures maximum cleanliness. Imagine dividing a towel into four horizontal sections—two on the front and two on the back," Leon states. Initially, Leon and his team used a marker to label each section but found that the ink faded after several washes. He then included durable and stylish labels sewn directly to the towel to keep everything properly labeled.
The 1aDay Bath Towel is a 5-star quality towel made from 100% cotton. In his Indiegogo campaign, Leon also announces that early bird donors will receive additional perks when the product officially launches. These towels will then be shipped anywhere in the United States by August 2024. Leon has set a target goal of $10,000 for his new product.
